Money builds programmes. People run them. G-SAEP is constituting its founding volunteer cohort — and we are intentional about who joins.
There are many ways to contribute. Below are the roles we are actively recruiting for in Year 1. We welcome volunteers from across Ghana, the diaspora, and the wider world.
Where you fit in.
On-the-ground in West Gonja, East Gonja, or Central Gonja. Liaise with schools, run district events, mentor students. ~10 hours/month.
Bring rigor and energy to competition days. Time commitment is event-based — 2 to 4 events per year.
Match with a standout student or a small group. Quarterly video calls, occasional in-person if you're nearby.
Writing, design, social media, photography. Help G-SAEP tell its story across channels. Remote-friendly.
Backend, frontend, IT support, AV at events. Skilled volunteers welcome remote or in-person.
Help build and maintain our monitoring and evaluation framework. Statisticians, data analysts, programme evaluators welcome.
